In the Billbrook district of Hamburg, we are developing a sustainable logistics property in partnership with HIH Invest Real Estate GmbH, featuring approximately 17,000 m² of leasable space on a site of around 23,600 m².

The modern new logistics building offers high flexibility for various usage concepts: The space is divided into two units but can also be made available to a single tenant if needed. The rental spaces are scheduled to be ready for occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2027, and marketing has already begun.
