NEW LOGISTICS HUB IN HAMBURG BILLBROOK

SUSTAINABLE PROJECT ON A BROWNFIELD SITE IN A PRIME LOCATION

In the Billbrook district of Hamburg, we are partnering with HIH Invest Real Estate GmbH to develop a sustainable logistics property with approximately 17,000 m² of leasable space on an existing plot of land measuring around 23,600 m².

The modern new logistics building offers high flexibility for various usage concepts: The space is divided into two units but can also be made available to a single tenant if needed. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2027.

The new building is being constructed to the DGNB Gold Standard and complies with the EU Taxonomy.

Located in the established Hamburg-Billbrook industrial and commercial zone, the new logistics facility benefits from excellent transportation links. The Port of Hamburg, the city center, and the metropolitan region are all within easy reach via the B5 and the A1, A24, and A25 highways.
