Today, Peper & Söhne successfully handed over the new building for intralogistics specialist K.Hartwall in the TIP Innovation Park Nordheide in Buchholz near Hamburg to the tenant.
The approximately 12,500 m² site now features 3,500 m² of hall space for logistics and production purposes as well as 2,000 m² of office and social areas. The new building complies with the EG-40 standard and the criteria of the EU Taxonomy. Its features include smart meters for tracking energy consumption, a comprehensive electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and an air-to-water heat pump combined with a solar PV system. The project is aiming for DGNB Gold certification.
