Today, Peper & Söhne successfully handed over the new building for intralogistics specialist K.Hartwall in the TIP Innovation Park Nordheide in Buchholz near Hamburg to the tenant.
The approximately 12,500 m² site now features 3,500 m² of hall space for logistics and production purposes as well as 2,000 m² of office and social areas. The future-proof new construction project meets the EG-40 standard, complies with EU taxonomy and has been realised with numerous sustainable features. These include smart meters for consumption recording, a comprehensive e-charging infrastructure and an air-water heat pump in combination with PV. The DGNB Gold certificate is being sought.
