SPURWERK WELCOMES NEW TENANTS
First full letting at SPURWERK! Among other things, two commercial units are currently under construction at SPURWERK on the site of the former Neustadtsgüterbahnhof, the first of which is already fully let. This brings us another step closer to the revitalisation of the industrial wasteland, which we are driving forward as investor and project developer.
We are pleased to soon be able to welcome Sto, the world market leader for external thermal insulation composite systems, Würth, the leading manufacturer of fastening technology, as well as the long-established Bremen-based company Suding & Soeken, which distributes paints and varnishes worldwide under the brand name REESA. In addition, there is a wholesaler and service provider for commercial customers operating throughout Germany.
In addition to the commercial units, the first of four working worlds is currently being built, which will offer high-quality office space with flexible layouts.
A sustainable quarter for Bremen
"The fact that we were able to convince such successful and renowned companies of our SPURWERK concept speaks for the fact that we have hit the right nerve with this project development," says Christoph Peper, managing partner of the Peper & Söhne group of companies.
The companies will contribute to an attractive and diverse mix of sectors in our commercial quarter and we are already very much looking forward to working together! Like all users at SPURWERK, they will benefit from extreme visibility, excellent infrastructural connections and the sustainable and modern construction of our quarter. Among other things, SPURWERK will not use fossil fuels. One of the reasons why it has already been awarded the DGNB pre-certificate in gold for sustainable quarters!
