SPURWERK BREMEN OFFICIALLY PRESENTED
At a spectacular launch event in front of several hundred prominent guests from politics and business, Lutz Peper, our Advisory Board Chairman, and Christoph Peper, our Managing Director, presented their plans for the derelict site at the beginning of November.
A modern area for trade, crafts and urban manufactories is being created on around 90,000 square meters - productive, lively and right in the middle. Smaller and larger companies will find an attractive mix of office, commercial and logistics space here, which will differ significantly from what is currently on offer in Bremen.
The initial response to SPURWERK from politicians has been very positive. Bremen's Senator for Economic Affairs, Kristina Vogt, and Gabriele Nießen, State Councillor in the Construction Department, unanimously praised SPURWERK as an outstanding example of sustainable commercial development near the city center in their guest speeches at the launch event.
The SPURWERK also met with great interest in the media landscape, as you can see from the following articles.
