    DELMENHORST - DISTRIBUTION CENTRE DEUTSCHE POST AG

    The new logistics building comprises approx. 3260 m² of hall space for sorting and picking consignments on a site area of approx. 20,000 m².

    The sustainability concept includes climate-friendly heating with concrete core activation and heat pump technology, photovoltaics on the roof and spacious green areas. Deutsche Post AG is planning to install a charging infrastructure for emission-free delivery vehicles.

    LOGISTICS CENTRE LANGWEDEL

    The state-of-the-art logistics centre, which was completed in 2023, is located on the A27 motorway in Langwedel (Lower Saxony). It is heated with an air heat pump and does not require gas.

    The project is aiming for DGNB Platinum certification.

    LOGICTICS HALL RINTELN

    New construction of a production and logistics hall suitable for third-party use with an adjoining office wing. The tenants are KS Logistik GmbH, a member of the Krombert & Schubert Gruppe, GPD Packaging GmbH & Co. KG and the logistics service provider NOSTA Group.

    The construction project was realised in cooperation with Sander Projektgesellschaft.

    The property has been sold to investment manager Nuveen.

    On the 90,000 m² site of the former Neustadtsgüterbahnhof railway station - a place of historical significance - a modern area for trade, crafts and urban manufacturing is being created.

    SPURWERK sets technical, ecological, economic and functional standards. It offers owners and users more comfort, lower ancillary costs and a higher market value.
