DELMENHORST - DISTRIBUTION CENTRE DEUTSCHE POST AG
In Delmenhorst on Annenheider Allee in the immediate vicinity of the A28 motorway, Peper & Söhne built a modern distribution centre for Deutsche Post AG for the municipal supply of mail and parcels. The new logistics building comprises around 3,260 m² of hall space for sorting and commissioning mail on a site area of around 20,600 m².
The sustainability concept includes climate-friendly heating with concrete core activation and heat pump technology, photovoltaics on the roof and generous green spaces. Deutsche Post AG plans to install a charging infrastructure for zero-emission delivery vehicles.
