This means that Peper & Söhne not only performs the service of a project developer, but also acts as an investor that provides financial resources for the project.
The role of an investing project developer includes the following tasks:
Identification of suitable sites for the real estate project and acquisition of the corresponding land.
Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess the viability and chances of success of the project.
Raising financial resources for the project, whether through equity, debt, loans or other financing instruments. The project developer invests its own capital or raises capital from investors.
Design, planning and development of the real estate project in accordance with the defined objectives, requirements and standards.
Monitoring the construction process, ensuring compliance with quality standards and budget specifications.
Responsibility for renting the property to potential tenants or selling the property to interested buyers after completion of the project.
The investing project developer may also take over the long-term management of the completed property in order to generate continuous income from rents or operation.
