INDUSTRIAL SPACE IN RINTELN
33,400 m² of hall space and a property area of 64,470 m² . This is our project in Rinteln.
In cooperation with Sander Projektgesellschaft and GOLDBECK, Peper & Söhne is realizing a third-use production and logistics hall here.
The development started only eleven months ago and as from January 2022, among other things, modern food packaging will be produced here.
The DGNB Gold certificate for sustainable buildings is being sought.
A few days ago the "Sohlenfest" was celebrated and we were very happy to see this newspaper article.
The project is a great example of how well, quickly and efficiently a cooperation can work when all parties involved pull together.
The tenants are GPD Packaging GmbH & Co. KG and the logistics service provider NOSTA Group.
An area of 9,900 m² is currently still available!
