DAL Deutsche Anlagen-Leasing acquires commercial property in Bremen's Friedrich-List-Straße

An investment company of DAL Deutsche Anlagen-Leasing has acquired a warehouse and production property with an office annex in Bremen's Friedrich-List-Straße by way of an asset deal from Peper & Söhne. 

The property comprises around 2,270 m² of warehouse space and around 1,290 m² of office space on a plot of around 6,900 m².

 The commercial property, which was completed in 2022, is let on a long-term lease to two medium-sized companies and is located in the Hansalinie business park.
