ATLANTIC ONE GETS ADDITIONAL TENANTS
The next successful intermediate step on the way to full occupancy of ATLANTIC One at JadeWeserPort in Wilhelmshaven has been taken. Together with its sales partner Robert C. Spies, the Peper & Söhne Group was able to successfully broker further commercial space in the new multi-user hall building. This means that a large part of the available capacity has been let on a long-term basis.
The new tenants are Beeken Transport und Logistik and Wolkenweg Logistik GmbH. Beeken Transport und Logistik has been part of the tenancy since mid-November, Wolkenweg Logistik GmbH will be part of it from 1 December 2021. Since June 2021, Rhenus Midgard Wilhelmshaven GmbH & Co. KG has been a long-term tenant at ATLANTIC One.
The three companies thus occupy just under 9,200 m² of the total space available of 12,000 m². The remaining capacity is not yet let, although talks with interested parties
are currently underway.
ATLANTIC One is an ultra-modern and multifunctional new hall building, directly at the entrance to the JadeWeserPort in Wilhelmshaven. Flexible access for loading and unloading, adaptable space layouts, very good trimodal accessibility, direct visibility at the main entrance to the JadeWeserPort and the sustainable design form an ideal infrastructure. In addition, the flexible usage options meet the requirements of a wide range of tenants - from small-scale spaces to large-scale needs.
The Peper und Söhne Group is acting as project developer and investor for ATLANTIC One, while Robert C. Spies has been exclusively mandated as sales partner for the marketing
of the hall space.
