Topping-Out Ceremony in Bremen!
On Wednesday, we celebrated the completion of the building’s shell at SCHAUENBURG Industrietechnik GmbH together with everyone involved in the project—a moment when, after months of intensive work, we can take a brief breather and see what’s actually been built so far.
This is where the new Bremen location is being built for the internationally active system supplier of technical solutions made from elastomers and thermoplastics—specializing in Bremen in hose and piping technology and valve technology. We are very pleased with the trust placed in our work as project developers.
Set on a lot of approximately 9,080 m², the new building will offer about 4,500 m² of leasable space for modern industrial halls, offices, and employee facilities. The goal is to achieve at least DGNB Gold certification. The building is designed to meet the criteria of the EU Taxonomy, featuring, among other things, an air-to-water heat pump, a PV system, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and a specially developed biodiversity concept. Handover is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
Reliable partnerships really pay off, especially at this pace: Earthwork began in January, and now we’re already under roof. This has been made possible by our well-established collaboration with GOLDBECK, which is once again ensuring high-quality construction work. We’d also like to thank Robert C.
