SPURWERK is one of Bremen's most innovative and sustainable commercial neighbourhoods. In a central location between the Neustadt and Woltmershausen districts and in the immediate vicinity of Airport-Stadt, office and commercial space that can be planned flexibly and conforms to ESG standards is gradually being created here.

Rental spaces

Requests can currently be made for office space in the Arbeitswelten C and D. Availability is expected for the 3rd quarter of 2026.

Arbeitswelt C: approx. 375 m² till approx. 2,440 m²

Arbeitswelt D: approx. 375 m² till approx. 1.630 m²

In addition, commercial space, for example for catering use, will also be available on the ground floors of the workspaces, probably from Q3/2026.
