Rental spaces
Office space is currently available for request in Arbeitswelten B and D. Availability is expected in the second quarter of 2027.
Work Environment B: approx. 423 m²
Work Environment D: approx. 375 m² to max. approx. 1,628 m²
In addition, commercial space, for example for catering use, will also be available on the ground floor of Arbeitswelten B and D - also expected from Q2/2027.
Workspace B: from approx. 193 m² to approx. 471 m²
Workspace D: from approx. 108 m² to approx. 626 m²
