Peper & Söhne, a project developer specializing in logistics and light industrial real estate, has sold a fully leased commercial property with office and warehouse space on Hanna-Kunath-Straße in Bremen to a private investor. The property, located in Bremen’s Airport-Stadt district, comprises approximately 4,700 m² of total leasable space on a plot of approximately 6,100 m². Peper & Söhne acquired the property in mid-2021 and subsequently carried out extensive modernization work. Both parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
