Summer slump? Not for us!
We have been busy in the past few weeks and were pleased to hand over several projects to our customers.
In Bremerhaven, we handed over a third-use industrial and logistics hall to the tile producer NordCeram. On a site area of around 26,000 m² , the company now has approx. 14,000 m² of hall space at its disposal.
In ATLANTIC One, our multi-user hall at the JadeWeserPort in Wilhelmshaven, we handed over around 1,300 m² of hall space to Flex Logistik GmbH. ATLANTIC One is thus almost fully let.
In Bremen's airport city, the company Plan B Automatisierung GmbH has leased around 2,900 m² of total usable space on a long-term basis. This property is one of our refurbishment projects, which the specialists for planning and building assembly systems have now been able to move into after completing our extensive conversion work.
Equiva Vertriebs GmbH has rented approx. 840 m² of total usable space in our commercial courtyard on the Mittelwendung in Weyhe-Dreye near Bremen. This is also a refurbishment project. All existing space at Mittelwendung has already been let. New development on the site is still possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us!
