    Fibre optic connection

    A high-performance and secure internet connection is absolutely essential these days. We have implemented a structurally redundant fibre optic connection for our two customers from the automotive supplier sector in the modern ONEBOX logistics building in Bremen's Hansalinie district. This applies not only to the external areas, but also to all internal routes to the respective server cabinets. This sets the highest standards of reliability.

    The path to a paperless office

    The first step was to record and visualise Liftkontor GmbH's existing processes. Based on this, the processes were theoretically optimised and a target image was created. This was done in close collaboration with the employees. The next step was to select the right tool for digitising the new process. In this specific case, it was a matter of document digitisation.

    Software selection

    Peper & Söhne GmbH was looking for project management software. In order to ensure that the tool met the requirements, the first step was to carry out a comprehensive survey of the actual processes. In the next step, a target process map was created, which formed the basis for the subsequent software search. After various discussions and the creation of a comparison matrix, the decision was made in favour of the company with the best fit in terms of content - Cloudbrixx.

    Energy monitoring

    It is important for our customers to have transparency about the resources they consume. This not only enables savings to be realised, but also reduces the CO2 footprint. We have implemented comprehensive consumption monitoring for our customers at SPURWERK. Via a cloud interface, each tenant can view live consumption data for all media in their own space. The tool also means that on-site meter readings can be avoided and ESG reporting obligations can be easily fulfilled.
