On January 1, 2026, Mirjam Hotsch took over as head of the newly created Investment department, where we will be consolidating all investment activities in the future.
Ms. Hotsch has been with Peper & Söhne since 2018 and has many years of experience in project development, particularly in the areas of transactions and key account management for investors and project partners. In recent years, she has played a key role in structuring and implementing complex purchase and sale processes.
In her new role, Ms. Hotsch will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the investment division, the further development of existing investor relationships, and the coordination of all transaction activities.
"With the creation of the Investment department, we are bundling our expertise in a central area and strengthening our speed of decision-making and implementation. With Mirjam Hotsch, we are filling this position from within our own ranks and gaining a manager with extensive transaction experience, in-depth market knowledge, and a deep understanding of our company," summarizes our managing partner Christoph Peper.
