German family office acquires hotel property at Bremen Airport

A German family office has acquired the hotel “Holiday Inn - the niu, Crusoe Bremen Airport”, which is operated by NOVUM Hospitality, by way of an asset deal from Peper & Söhne.

The hotel property was developed by Peper & Söhne as a built-to-rent property and completed in 2020. The seven-storey hotel with its striking façade and 153 guest rooms is located in the immediate vicinity of Bremen Airport, making it particularly popular with both business travelers and tourists.
