In addition to commercial property project development, we also act as a portfolio holder and offer a wide range of asset and property management services.

We want our tenants to feel comfortable with us. Close cooperation is therefore a matter of course so that tenants can concentrate on their core business while we take care of the smooth operation of the property. Asset and property management at Peper & Söhne covers all aspects, from contract negotiations and operating cost billing to property management with green space maintenance. And if beer tent sets or a barbecue are needed for a small company party, we will also provide these free of charge.
