SPURWERK: RIGHTMART GROUP RENTS 1.400 M2 OF OFFICE SPACE
The Peper & Söhne corporate group has successfully rented almost 1,400 m² of office space in Arbeitswelt A at Bremen's SPURWERK, which is currently under construction, to the rightmart Group. The legal-tech law firm from Bremen will move into this space on a transitional basis on 01.01.2024. The final location
of the rightmart Group will then be in another workspace at SPURWERK. This is still in the planning stage and is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2025. Finally, the rightmart Group will have at least 1,800 m² at its disposal.
Peper & Söhne was supported by the real estate consulting firm Robert C. Spies in leasing the space to the rightmart Group.

The deal with rightmart also shows that there continues to be a market for ESG-compliant offices and it reinforces our decision to push ahead with the construction of further workspaces at SPURWERK. Four Arbeitswelten, which can offer office, gastronomy, hotel and exclusive showroom areas, are to be created in the first construction phase of the SPURWERK. The first of the four Arbeitswelten, which offer a maximum of between 2900 m² (Arbeitswelten B and C) and 3800 m² (Arbeitswelt D) of lettable space, has been fully let through the signature
of the rightmart Group.
