PEPER & SÖHNE SUPPORTS FAMILIES FROM UKRAINE
We, the Peper & Söhne group of companies, are shocked by the unscrupulous invasion of Ukraine by the Russian autocrat Vladimir Putin and condemn this blatant breach of international law in the strongest possible terms.
At the same time, we don't want to indulge in polite expressions of solidarity on social media, but rather make a contribution - albeit a very modest one - to supporting families who have fled Ukraine. After all, it is the Ukrainian civilian population in particular that is suffering the most under Putin's war.
As a project developer and owner of commercial real estate in northern Germany, we are in a position to provide accommodation promptly and unbureaucratically. We have renovated two currently vacant manager flats in one of our commercial properties and equipped them with all the necessary utensils for daily needs. The flats have already been occupied and are available to several Ukrainian host families for as long as necessary.
This measure is flanked by a wave of helpfulness on the part of our employees, who support our guests with donations in kind, in finding German courses or in dealing with the authorities,
among other things.
