PEPER & SÖHNE SELLS NEW LOGISTICS BUILDING IN TORNESCH TO LIP INVEST
The Peper & Söhne Group sells a new logistics building in Tornesch near Hamburg to LIP Invest. Peper & Söhne has already successfully concluded several transactions with the provider of special real estate funds for institutional investors in the past. The tenant of the property in Tornesch is thyssenkrupp Plastics, a subsidiary of thyssenkrupp Materials Services.
The commercial property, planned and built by GOLDBECK Nord as general contractor, has around 8,000 square metres of hall space, a ceiling height of 10 metres and a floor load capacity of 5 tonnes. Loading and unloading takes place via gates at ground level, and there is also a covered loading zone of almost 800 square metres. Low yards for rear loading and unloading of trucks are pre-equipped.
The property is conveniently located near the A23 motorway and is to receive the gold certificate of the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB).
