PEPER & SÖHNE RESTRUCTURES PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Peper & Söhne has grown very successfully in recent years and this growth has necessitated organisational adjustments to ensure that we can continue to manage the entire life cycle of our property projects. Our reorganisation will take place in several steps.
We are merging our two main companies, Peper & Söhne Projekt GmbH (PSP) and Peper & Söhne GmbH (P&S). This means that P&S will be merged into PSP. The merged company will be called Peper & Söhne GmbH and will be the legal successor for all contracts and agreements of both original companies.
In the new Peper & Söhne GmbH, we are also combining the specialist departments of acquisition, construction, project development and sales in the newly structured "Project Development" department. Through this reorganisation, we are achieving even closer integration of the respective teams and processes within a project.
Procuration of Marco Dibbern and Maxime Faivre
In this context, we are pleased to announce that Marco Dibbern (commercial director) and Maxime Faivre (technical director) will take over responsibility for project development. In this new role, both will also be given procuration.
Both Mr Dibbern and Mr Faivre have many years of experience in the project business and enjoy the full confidence of the management.
