P3 LOGISTIC PARKS ACQUIRES "ATLANTIC ONE" AT JADEWESERPORT

P3 Logistic Parks, a leading developer and long-term owner of logistics properties in Europe, has acquired "ATLANTIC One" from Peper & Söhne Unternehmensgruppe. ATLANTIC One" is a third-use multi-user hall with a total area of over 13,000 square metres at JadeWeserPort in Wilhelmshaven, which will be completed in 2021.

The property has been awarded the DGNB Gold certificate and is equipped with a digitalisation prototype that can not only measure the consumption of gas, electricity and water, but can also record other environmental data such as air quality, humidity, temperature and floor load separately for each unit of the hall.
