Our existing property, the Mittelwendung industrial estate in Weyhe-Dreye, is being expanded. We are realising a new logistics building with an area of approx. 5,000 m2 for the company GE-LO Internationale Lebensmittelspezialitäten. Construction work has already begun. The first occupancy by the supplier for the catering trade in northern Germany is planned for the 3rd quarter of 2024. GOLDBECK Nord GmbH is the total contractor for the construction work. We are aiming for at least DGNB Gold certification for the new building. Robert C. Spies Industrial Real Estate GmbH & Co. KG acted in an advisory and mediating capacity.
Rental space available in the existing building
The new building is being constructed on the rear part of the site, which covers around 16,000 square metres. In the front part of the Mittelwendung industrial estate, there are two other existing multi-user buildings with hall space that are ideal for storage purposes, among other things. Almost 2,500 m2 of hall space is currently available in one of the existing buildings.
Gewerbehof Mittelwendung is located in the immediate vicinity of the A1 motorway and is therefore particularly easy to access.
