NEUMUENSTER
The new logistics building with a modular hall area of around 13,700 m² is to be built from August 2024. The new building will also have approx. 920 m² of mezzanine space and approx. 1,200 m² of office and social space. The rental space should be ready for occupancy in the 3rd quarter of 2025. The project is being realised as part of a joint venture with Taurus Investment Holdings.
