A new logistics building will be constructed on the site. It will have a modular hall area of around 13,700 m². The new building will also have approx. 1,300 m² of mezzanine space and approx. 920 m² of office and social space. The rental space should be ready for occupancy in the 4th quarter of 2026.

The project is being realised as part of a joint venture with Taurus Investment Holdings.
