Land is scarce. In accordance with Section 1a of the German Building Code (BauGB), the focus is on the economical use of land – with priority given to inner-city development, redensification, and reuse.

This is exactly where we come in: we analyze the potential of undeveloped or no longer marketable land, develop suitable utilization concepts, and create new building rights. Our goal: to develop properties in such a way that their value increases – sustainably and with a view to the future.

As your partner, we take care of the entire process – from the initial idea to analyses and coordination to building permits. We coordinate authorities, specialist planners, and all relevant parties involved to ensure structured, market-driven implementation.
