Logistics and production hall in Kassel

A modern production and logistics property is being built on a site measuring approx. 20,000 m² in the Kassel-Niederzwehren district of Kassel. The new building combines a total of approx. 11,000 m² of hall and office space in a multi-user building with two units. Completion is scheduled for January 2027.

The new building will be constructed in accordance with the DGNB Gold Standard and complies with EU taxonomy.

Unit 1 has already been let on a long-term basis: Rehadapt GmbH, a global specialist in mounting systems for assistive technologies, will move into the approx. 8,300 m² space in January 2027.
