Peper & Söhne focuses on the development of commercial real estate in the asset classes logistics and light industrial. Our clients include companies from the automotive, aerospace, courier, express and parcel service (CEP) as well as defense and defense-related sectors.
We develop commercial real estate or entire industrial parks – both built-to-suit (BTS) and speculative. With a project volume of over 331 million euros* and a developed building area of over 254,000 m² since our foundation in 2013, we are firmly established in the northwest German region.
We develop our projects both for our own portfolio and for the investment market. In addition to the sale of investment properties, there are various opportunities to invest with Peper & Söhne: whether joint ventures, co-investments, mezzanine capital or otherwise structured investments.
