What we offer

Peper & Söhne focuses on the development of commercial real estate in the asset classes logistics and light industrial. Our clients include companies from the automotive, aerospace, courier, express and parcel service (CEP) as well as defense and defense-related sectors.

We develop commercial real estate or entire industrial parks – both built-to-suit (BTS) and speculative. With a project volume of over 420 million euros* and a developed building area of over 294,000 m² since our foundation in 2013, we are firmly established in the northwest German region.

We develop our projects both for our own portfolio and for the investment market. In addition to the sale of investment properties, there are various opportunities to invest with Peper & Söhne: whether joint ventures, co-investments, mezzanine capital or otherwise structured investments.

A global network of investors has already relied on our excellent credit rating, our ESG-compliant project developments as well as our handshake mentality in the past. We would be happy to work with you as well!
