HUB 48 Maribo

HUB 48 Maribo is a business park on the Danish island of Lolland, which will be built on a site area of 50,000 m². The rental space can be used for light industrial and logistics purposes. The site is located in a region that will experience a massive economic upturn in the coming years.

Rental units

The seven rental units in the craftsmen´s yards start at around 330 m² and end at around 680 m². The four commercial units to be constructed are approximately 1,100 m². Renting more than one unit is no problem.
