We have also gained a foothold in the hotel construction sector. In spring 2018, we began developing our first project, the NIU Hotel at Bremen Airport, with 152 rooms and a "Robinson Crusoe" theme. The project has now been completed and the tenant has moved in. We offer high quality and innovative solutions. We take care of the entire process for you: from site selection, project development, planning and approval to execution and turnkey handover.
