Peper & Söhne is realising the construction of a new modern commercial property at ‘Am Lunedeich 184’ for the Liftkontor GmbH. The specialist for the rental and sale of work platforms and telescopic forklifts already has a site in the immediate neighbourhood at Lunedeich 165, which is to be replaced by the new property. A warehouse with around 1,100 m2, a workshop with around 1,000 m2, an administration wing with around 500 m2 and 6,000 m2 of paved open space including a washing facility, refuelling facilities and a training area will be built. The total site area is around 12,000 m2. Peper & Söhne GmbH is acting as project developer for the new Liftkontor GmbH building, while FS:BAU GmbH is the total contractor. Construction work began in September and completion is scheduled for late summer 2025. The seller of the property is BIS Bremerhavener Gesellschaft für Investitionsförderung und Stadtentwicklung mbH.

The new building for Liftkontor will be constructed to according to the RG-55-standard. The roof surfaces will be fitted with PV systems and heating will be provided by heat pumps.
In addition to the site in Bremerhaven, Liftkontor also has sites at SPURWERK in Bremen, in Hanover and in Paderborn. Liftkontor is also a partner of System Lift AG, a nationwide association of rental companies for work platforms. The community of more than 80 partners has more than 20,000 work platforms and over 2,000 telescopic forklifts and forklift trucks at its disposal throughout Germany.
