SPURWERK BREMEN OFFICIALLY PRESENTED
Chamber of Commerce President Janina Marahrens-Hashagen (2nd from left) paid a visit to our company headquarters at Allerkai in Bremen-Hemelingen. During a tour of the site,
our Managing Partner Christoph Peper outlined how the revitalization of the site on the Weser River proceeded: Once a neglected industrial site, Allerkai is now not only the headquarters of the Peper & Söhne Group, but also home to numerous small and medium-sized companies, which find highly functional and modern commercial space including offices as well as very good logistical connections here.
The Chamber of Commerce President praised Allerkai as a very good example of the regeneration of brownfield sites. During the subsequent professional exchange, the topics included Bremen's need to catch up with regard to the creative revitalization of dormant industrial sites and the challenge of creating new sites.
We would like to thank President Marahrens-Hashagen, Birgit Benke, Hemelingen District Manager, and Karsten Nowak, Managing Director of the Bremen Chamber of Commerce and Industry, for their time and visit to our district!
