Together with partners BRAWO Real Estate and NOVUM Hospitality, this project involves the revitalization of a former brownfield site in Bremen's Bahnhofsvorstadt district. A modern mixed-use complex is being created on a site area of around 1,700 m2, combining two uses with a total gross floor area (GFA) of around 11,700 m²:
Together with BRAWO Real Estate, Peper & Söhne is taking on the project management for the new construction of the hotel “Holiday Inn - the niu” of the owner NOVUM Hospitality with around 130 rooms on approx. 5,000 m² gross floor area.
At the same time, a modern office building with approx. 6,700 m² GFA is being built in a joint venture with BRAWO Real Estate. This space has already been let to the municipality of Bremen on a long-term lease; completion is scheduled for Q2/2027.
The new ESG-compliant building will be constructed to the EG 55 standard and will feature comprehensive energy monitoring with smart metering and a photovoltaic system, among other things. Peper & Söhne and BRAWO Real Estate are aiming for at least LEED Gold certification for the office building.
